Veteran’s Services

PermiaCare provides Veteran’s Services through a contract with the Department of State Health Services, providing peer support, advocacy and linkage to other resources.

Mental Health First Aid training is provided to Veterans, Military Members and their families to teach you how to identify, understand and respond to signs on mental illnesses and substance use disorders. The 8 hour training teaches skills needed to reach out and provide initial support to someone who may be developing a mental health or substance use problem and connect them to appropriate care.
